JUNE Medical is pleased to announce that a patent designed by Angela Spång has been formally granted in China.
Following a full examination conducted in accordance with the Chinese Patent Law, the China National Intellectual Property Administration (CNIPA) has decided to grant the patent right, issue the official patent certificate, and record the granting of the patent right in the Patent Register.
The grant announcement confirms that the patent right is now legally effective as of the date of publication. The issued patent certificate reflects the official legal status of the patent as recorded in the Patent Register, providing full statutory protection within the People’s Republic of China.
