We have been on both sides: as a manufacturer, as well as being the distributor ourselves. We know what that can be like, and we know what we like and what we don’t like to get from our manufacturers, so we will try to outline some rules of engagement in this letter.

Supportive: If there is something you need an answer to, we will be giving you a reply as soon as we can, and you will always hear back from us within 24 hours.
Fair: We promise to treat you fairly and openly, and to be transparent with what we do. We will be clear in our expectations, and we won’t expect you to take on more stock than you need just because someone here needs to hit a target. We don’t work like that. We prefer if you use your cash for marketing activities.
Collaborative: We promise to share successes with you, and to give you access to all the materials we have to support the product and your sales team.
Consistent: We promise to be clear and consistent in our expectations, and to be working with branding and positioning of our products in a consistent and solid manner.
Long term: We are in this for the long term, and we aren’t looking to make a quick buck and run. We know it takes time to build a market, and we are clear that the investment is a risk for you. We are happy to sign long term deals, because we are keen to build long term relationships.
Respectful: You know your market. That’s why we want to work with you. We respect your knowledge, your skill and your determination. We know that running a company isn’t easy, and we respect your expertise. We will never forget that you are a customer.
We will do our very best to bring your great products, and we look forward to a long and mutually fruitful relationship where we can join forces in bringing safe and effective medical devices to healthcare professionals all over the world.
